Over the course of the survey, we will select 10 winners for each of these prize categories:  

Find the email UNT sent to your university email account in October. It provides your unique code and the details you’ll need to rate our location(s).   

You must take the survey to be eligible for the prize drawing.

All survey responses are confidential and collected by an independent, third-party research firm. Your identity will not be associated with your responses.

Entering to win a prize is easy—simply fill out the form below for each location you have reviewed. Find your unique identifier number in the email UNT sent to your university email account in October.   

Deadline for entries:  Friday, Nov. 22, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

You can enter once for every Dining location you survey. The more locations you review, the greater your chances of winning!
