Department Credit Policies
You are required to follow all university policies and procedures when using this card — in regard to the purchase of food, as well as the regulations set by your department.
Your department is responsible for any and all charges. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us at 940-565-2462. We will cancel your card and provide a replacement.
This card is a stored value purchase and may only be charged using Dining’s point-of-sale system. This card does not include Dining Hall swipes. Users will be charged the Standard Door Rate for each guest.
There is no discounted price for any products.
When experiencing any problems with this card, please contact the Manager on Duty. If the MOD is unable to resolve those issues, please call the administrative office #2462.
