UNT proudly hosts Texas’ inaugural university Dining Hall Certified Free From™ the Big 9 Food Allergens and Gluten, accredited by MenuTrinfo. Although allergen-containing foods remain clearly labeled across all Dining Halls, Kitchen West ensures a seamless dining experience for individuals affected by the Big 9.

Milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts* or wheat (plus barley & rye) will never be used in our kitchen.

Enjoy your meal in bright, open seating—conveniently located right by the recreation center. Visitors welcome! Enjoy all-you-care-to-eat dining for just $6.50+ tax at the door.

We can’t quite guarantee every ingredient doesn’t contain trace allergens due to manufacturing processes, so if you have any concerns about what is served at Kitchen West, please talk with one of our managers or chefs on duty, who can provide more details on what’s featured on the serving line that day.

*Except coconut. Kitchens With Confidence does not consider coconut a tree nut. If you have questions about coconut, please ask for a manager when you arrive.
