As Juneteenth is a memorable event in United States and Texas history, we aimed to remember and celebrate it with classic food in one of our most visited Dining Halls, Bruceteria. To help educate students on the importance of Juneteenth, we created eight banners with facts about the holiday’s history. The banners, posters and menu were all created in the same modern Texan aesthetic.
