If you haven’t already completed our quick survey, please find the email UNT sent to your university email account from October 18-20. It provides your unique code and the details you’ll need to rate our location(s).
You must take the survey to be eligible for the prize drawing.
All survey responses are confidential and collected by an independent, third-party research firm. Your identity will not be associated with your responses.
